Testosterone Therapy Takes off those unwanted pounds!!
“We may have found at least a partial solution for obese hypogonadal men,” said Farid Saad, MD, of Global Medical Affairs-Andrology at Bayer Pharma, Berlin, which funded the study. “While one would usually prefer a controlled study, here we have very robust data in an unselected group of patients who did not even have the intention to lose weight.”

This may not apply to the avid weight lifter who's on TRT. Over the last 3 years, my body fat has dropped over two points, but total body weight has increased due to increases in overall muscle mass...

My weight is actually up on TRT from 200 lbs to 215; however, I lift weights as my primary exercise, and my lifts are WAY up from where they were a year ago when I started. My gauge is if I still fit into 34" pants (which I do). My clothes all fit the same with the exception of some tighter thighs, sleeves, and back (all the places I like getting bigger from weights ).
If I stop lifting or slow the eating, I start to drop weight quickly, so I can confirm the OP as I have a feeling I would struggle to keep weight on if I didn't pack in the food and workout.
