23 year old male in need of help -

Im going to try to keep this as short and sharp as possible.

In the last 6 months I have developed some symptoms which are consistently interrupting with my quality of life. Thus including loss of social skills, communication with others(stumbling over words/brain-fog), relationship problems (decline of sexual performance), increased body-fat and weight gain, and loss of physical strength and libido (atrophy of testis and muscle mass). In addition to these symptoms I also have lost a-little chest-hair and arm-pit hair, however still have steady beard growth.

*(I almost always feel drained, tired and weak. Similar to feeling if one were to have sex 2-3 times a day and blow 3 loads).

*(My girl has also commented on the above symptoms and stated that it is now becoming a problem for her).

*(As you all can see I am in a predicament, literally a viscous cycle which is dominating and controlling my life).

I do not have a past of any form of AAS use, drug use or anti-depressant use. In addition, I do take vitamin D (5000 IU) and a multivitamin every day for the last 3 months but have not see any improvements in my general well-being.

    My stats are:
    -6'0
    -80kg
    -20%-BF according to my BF-scale
    -waist 32
    -DOB: 9 January 1990

I have been abstaining from seeing a doctor as I do not want to experience a visit to the local GP- but it seems as if I am running out of options.

What do you guys think of the symptoms and what do you think they correspond to? Have any of you experience these symptoms yourselves? if so what do I have to do to get my life back on track.

I really don't want to lose my girl and my corporate job, however everything is becoming to much.

Thanks for all your responses in advance.

    Joey

This guy is right you need to see a doc and get bw done. Not sure any of us can comment much without seeing blood work.

Are there any other proven natural remedies prior to taking the doc route?

Throwing darts without full BW. An example of BW is in the Finding A Doc sticky thread.

Hi guys - I got my blood-work done and the results are as follows. Doctor said everything was normal and within range. I was advised that the symptoms could be a result of other things, however I cannot attribute these symptoms to any culprit.

I noticed I have free testosterone in the lower quartile and a high SHBG - does this mean my body doesn't metabolise testosterone???? I don't trust that doc because he brushed it off quite quickly; utterly disinterested in my symptoms and focusing only in the ranges...

What do you guys think of the results and the symptoms mentioned above????? Is the doc right?
    AUSTRALIAN LABS
Total testosterone: 16 pmol - (Range: 9-31 pmol)
    SHBG: 53 pmol - (Range: 11-71 pmol)
Free testosterone: 47.5 pmol - (Range: 25-125 pmol)
    Estrogen 80 - (Range: <150 pmol)
    LH: 4 (Range: <6)
    FSH: 2 (Range: <6)
    TSH: 0.94 (0.35-4.94)
    T4 Free: 17.4 (1-25)

Thanks for any input - it will be greatly appreciated.
