does subq have to be a different formula?

MY doctor says yes. Is this true or is he off? I told him about sub-q research and he didn't believe me. I also have a friend who says its awful for test to be delivered into fat than the muscle

No I mean the actual test. My doctor was saying it has to be formulated different. He is wacky tho haha. Can you just do it in your stomach like hcg bass?

Note that different sized needles will fill faster than others. Just a note. I moved from a 30g 5/16 to a 29g 1/2 and get a little quicker fill rate.

Just note that you have to keep the injection volume low, or you will welt up badly.
    I wouldn't go over 1/2 ml.

What is 1/2 referring to? If referring to Bonaparte's post, he is stating not to inject over half of 1ml via sub-Q or you will get a lump. .05 on a 3ml syringe (get 1ml syringes to be more accurate in your dosing).

from what i have read and my own experience 0.5 ml (which is 100mgs) is way too much for SQ, 50 mgs seems to be the max, for me at least.

Dreadnok, if your dose is more than 50mgs and you want to do SQ, split your dose and inject in two places. basically if your dose is 60 mgs, load the syringe at 60mgs, then inject 30 mgs in one spot, stop and pull the needle out, then inject the rest in a different spot. you can use 25g x 1/2" if you can find them.

I kind of was wondering about this in the past. Why does testosterone have to be mixed with oil? Could it not be mixed with BW instead, or is the oil for the main purpose of creating a depot? Would there be a way to change it so that subq administration is more optimal, and doesn't leave the occasional hard bump? Considering I plan to homebrew eventually, I haven't come across anyone using a different form, other than using say test suspension, which has no ester attached at all.

I could be wrong but I believe the oil is what controls the sow release. if water base it will get in your blood stream almost immediately.

I don't speak from experience but my buddy is blasting with 400mg per week, injecting 200mg every 3.5 days. He is doing this sub-Q in the glutes, doing 100mg (.5ml) in each glute with no issues.

Testosterone is a fatty acid. In the small intestine it is broken down by bile from the gallbladder. (BTW, bile is made from cholesterol. This is why fiber consumption reduces overall cholesterol-fiber absorbs bile and is excreted). It is transported to the liver with the help of a lipoprotein, and from there LDL delivers testosterone to the cells. A lipoprotein, there are multiple densities but two are familiar, LDL, and the other, H.igh D.ensity L.ipoprotein, is a special carrier protein, it is water phobic/fat loving on the inside and vice versa for outside. It is because of this (lipoprotien) that I think the answer is NO. Testosterone requires a lipoprotein for transport.

Pardon the reference to digestion but I used my nutrition textbook as my main reference and line thought origin.

The testosterone as a fatty acid comment is directed toward the question of water base testosterone.

The cyp I get with Low T.com is from a compounding pharmacy that does make it thinner so it's easier to inject.

Way off. Vegetable oils are not lipoproteins.
Most testosterones are dissolved in oil because it is oil-soluble and can actually be injected without much pain. The oil takes time to be absorbed by the body, allowing for a controlled release.
Then there is test suspension (test base in water), but that generally hurts like a bitch and can clog needles if not made properly.

I would never in my life trust a compounding pharmacy with all the recent shut downs. So glad I can fill my own script at Costco :-)

Its fine to do 100mgs subq. I would not do a whole 1cc though. That much benzol alcohol can burn a little bit. I have patients that fill half of the 1 cc with HCG and the other with Cyp with ease. Then just do 1 injection twice a week and get both there HCG and T dose. Tell your doctor that they have been using SQ testosterone injections in pediatric endocrinolgy for over 15 years. There is no secret here that SQ works. I would say the majority of A4m Anti-Aging practitioners like myself know this.

Test suspension work subq? hurt less than im? And is it possible to dissolve tests with an ester in water? I'm all for subq daily test injections if there is a way to perfect it.

Right now i subq inject testcyp, eod. The only discomfort is sometimes a small lump, and if I bend over on it immediately after injection it can sting, so I try to avoid pressure on the area.
