Tough to read in paragraph form like that. Put BW in line items next time please!

DHT fine. Number is really not that relevant as long as it's not in the toilet.

Cortisol is high. Take some vitamin C

Prolactin is high. Why? Any pathologies? Dostinex can correct this at a low dose. Maybe .25 x 2 per week.

E2 is low. If you're taking .5 adex x 2 per week it's obviously to much. Cut it in half (.25 x 2) and retest in 4 weeks. Low E will crush libido and prolactin doesn't help either.

LH/FSH tanked as your on TRT. No need to test these anymore.

Consider splitting your dose to 50mg x 2 per week. You actually have room to reduce dosage a bit. Less is more here for the long term. Doing this in conjunction with cutting your Adex back you may find you may eventually not need it at all, which should be everyone's goal. Less injected = less conversion to E. Your E2 is best between 20-30 subjectively so you have a lot of wiggle room here to possible get off of the adex entirely. Work toward this.

Let us know what you do and the results on this thread please!

Your e2 is killing ur drive. Quit for a week or two. Then try .25 mg a week. You'll get horny again. If u do that for a few weeks and u start to lose the urge again up it to .25 mg twice a week.

For me I can feel .25 mg twice a week is a lil much.

Here's the kicker. Sometimes it's too high and sometimes too low. Both have the same effect.

I'm still not dialed in. Shoot .25mg once a week might be too much. Maybe I don't need it at all. But I'm afraid to stop and find out. Wife's too horny for me to be low libido.

So I took my 80 mg test on Friday and .25 mg anastrazole on Saturday. Then my second 80 mg of test on Monday and another .25 mg of snastrazole on Tuesday. Today's Wednesday and I'm still horny so all seems ok. But I can feel a little anxiety so I may be on the low side.

I think I'm going to stick to .25 mg only on Tuesdays for a few weeks

Good idea by Moparman to take a brief break from adex. Just monitor for sensitivity and sudden spikes in E. As I stated above I would bet you can get yourself off of adex completely if you take some of the advice and run with it. If you do continue with adex reduce it as discussed to the bare minimum and take it the day after injection (s) to time the peaks better.

Do whatever works for you as long as you feel good. Your test delivery system doesn't really matter!

Your joint pain is directly related to your low E level. We need estrogen for many, many things including bone density. Get your E to between 20-30 or so and your pain will go away!
