    Optimal range for E2 is 20-30 pg/ml

relax, it ain't that bad, simply supplement with Zinc to help lower your E2, and supplement with vitamin D3 to help raise your test levels. what are your stats?

Ideally you want to take 30mg zinc/2mg copper in morning and 400mg magnesium at night as it acts like a muscle relaxer, thus, I would purchase the supplements individually.

Along with the zinc/copper for your E2, you will want to use DIM (200-300mg daily).

I can see where your confused bear bear. Your technically in range with that E2 score. But mike knows what he is talking about. Optimal and in range are different things
