DIM Zinc and Copper to control E2

So ive read numerous times how DIM, zinc and copper can be used to control E2

I'm not a huge converter I guess. When I was taking 200 mg test each week I crashed my e2 but I was taking 1 mg anastrozole twice a week.

I cut back to 160 test and .25 mg twice a week and that crashed it too.

Now I'm at 120mg test a week and no anastrozole but I'm afraid my e2 will rise. So I want to try the DIM, zinc, copper route.

Is it 200mg of DIM? Or 300? I know it's 50 mg of zinc and 2-3 mg copper.

Also, can this combo crash my e2? Or will it just get me in range? Or is it dependent on how well it works? I really don't want boobies or crashed e2.

200mg should be enough. It won't crash e2. Just observe bloodwork. I was slightly above range and it put me in range and I dropped anastrozole.

I'm very sensitive to anastrozole also. I started DIM for a couple of days and still felt symptoms of my E2 creeping up. Maybe I should have given it more time. Anyway, I took .125mg Liquidex (liquid anastrozole). Worked VERY well. This seems to be a good dose for me - every 4 days.

    ^ that's literally 3 drops lol.

My question, which I think goes with the general intent of this thread, is how effective is DIM/Zinc?

I know the answer is individual dependant, but when using DIM/Zinc alone, how many points should one expect E2 to decrease? At what levels of E2 does one consider an AI, rather than DIM/Zinc?

There's just no way to quantify it. Really no different than how anastrozole doses affect people differently. For me, I was hovering above range and it brought be a few points below range.

Probably right about it being 3 drops. Worked, but in hindsight, it was still too much for me! Felt like I had to take a nap. Right now I'm on day four with no AI and I'm not feeling that E2 brain fog or body fatigue. I think the DIM might be doing the trick.
