    Statins Slow Aging?

Pretty interesting read. Says statins may not only increase life expectancy due to cholesterol management and prevention of heart disease but also may slow the aging process itself:

Interesting. I am curious about the side effect of statins that was mentioned.....muscle injury. I noticed that the article did not say muscle damage, but injury.
