HRT & BW Opinions Please from the Pros

Long time reader and lurker. First of all thank you all for all the great information.
A little back story I am a 36 year old that recently feeling all the symptoms of low t and had my BW work done and was TT 500 and Free T in the 10 range. I started on HRT at 100mg per week and injected EOD 15mg SQ and instantly felt great and have been doing this for 8 weeks. During this process I stopped using HCG because killed my sex drive and after quitting HCG my SD returned to pre hrt levels but not my 20s levels. (I have always had a healthy sex life until kids became more of a priority). I have heard guys talk on this forum about when they inject IM they get a huge kick to their libido and goto SQ they lose that kick. BTW I only get morning wood 1-2 a week.

Secondly, I just started feeling tired like before I was on HRT and don't know why that is?

Is it possible that I need to be at a higher range of FT? At this point I basically want to get off of HRT because I feel the same as pre HRT and I am going to deal with small balls I at least need to have my old raging schlong back so no one cares about the balls.....

Again thanks a lot for the input and you guys rock. I know I have asked a lot in one thread. oh yeah I am NOT on a E2 blocker.

    Thanks

Well I am no expert for sure but I know a little.

Your free and total T look awesome.

    Estradiol looks perfect too.

What's up with the igf1 being elevated? Did your doc say anything about that?

The low uibc can be a sign of hemochromatosis but your iron levels look good so I doubt that's anything to worry about.

So what could be causing your libido issues?

Maybe the igf is a clue? Not sure if hyperpituatary would cause that, but the next thing to look at would be neurotransmitters.

Do you take any other meds? (ssri, snri, opiates, etc)

Well both your total and free test are definitely sufficient so I don't see how that could be the problem.
While estradiol sensitive at 35 is just fine, some guys need to be in the 20's range to get their libido raging. All depends. Wonder what others think,,, Also most guys who lack libido while on hrt with levels dialed in are missing the hcg link which usually helps a lot. Odd. Dhea-s pretty low too.

Lowering your dose might help to be honest,...

good point on the hcg .....I know it does my libido good. most would be surprised at your results. you might try it again. also 8 weeks isn't a long time, you might just sit back and be patient.

I don't know why the igf is elevated I'm not taking anything else. What would be suggested to see if lowering e2 into the 20s and see the outcome. I also wonder if I'm injecting too much and my body isn't seeing peaks and troughs and it's is getting used to high ft. Hell I don't know my bloodwork looks perfect but don't seem to feel different. I don't know about low uibc

Exactly this. You're numbers look good. Get back on hcg, add in micronized dhea and preg. Read the sticky thread on them at the top of this forum. Don't place all your money on morning wood. It's not "the" indicator that all is well in the world.

Flip side is if you were at a 500 total T I'm not sure why your doc put you on TRT in the first place. I'd imagine there were other strategies available to improve your over all well being.

Low uibc can be an indicator of low iron which leads to anemia. Everything else in the panel you posted that's iron related looks fine to me
