their total t levels seem to all be around 700 ish give or take 100 up or down... Seems that when we get over the 800 range most need ai's

I go between 700 and 900, and hardly use AI, if any now I take 0.25 once a week. before I had to take more AI consistently, but as time goes on it seems that our bodies adjust better to the injected test and convert less.

800 using a topical. No AI. Feel great.

FYI 700 is around where a 21yr old sits.
Nothing wrong with 700.

I was in the 600s with androgel. Then I started exestanane and that put me in the 1200 and my free t skyrocketed.

right at 600 with an AI the day after pinning. (.25mg Arimidex) but my free and bioavailable T is just slightly above the range. Feel GREAT! I am on the flabby side so I imagine I convert more than most but I will take the results I have. :-)
