Sleep Apnea
Any of you guys have sleep apnea?
How did trt affect it, and how do you feel now with trt and CPAP (if you use one)

I have it. The main concern with sleep apnea for me, is coupled with testosterone , it increases RBC production much faster.

I have never done a sleep study. Pre-TRT I had moderate sleep apnea signs/symptoms. This is according to my wife stating that I would snore on & off throughout the night, many times she also witnessed my respirations stop for up to 30 seconds at a time & I always woke up feeling very tired even after a solid 8+ hours of sleep.
Since being on TRT for 10 months my sleep apnea signs/symptoms have diminished, I haven't been snoring & my wife hasn't witnessed my respirations stop in months & I wake up feeling rested, ready to go after 6-7 hours of sleep. I have read many sources that state TRT can increase sleep apnea signs/symptoms for Pt's but this is not the case with ME. Who know's, we are all different.
Have you done a sleep study?
