Adding extra test
I have been on 200mg of test cyp for the last 4 months and feel great. I have been working out a lot and have had good results. Now here's the first question, if inject a little more each week, will my gym results be better? I'm not thinking much just like 250-300mg total. Here's another question, I have been told that if your on test your muscles do not need as much rest and you can work the some muscles daily and still grow. Or should i just blast 400-500 mg for a month?

What is your protocol? Are you injecting 200mg every 7 days? 3.5 days? 10 days?

I was just like this when I first started Test!!! But, I think you know what I'm going to say. . .
You say "I'm getting good gains". . . So why would you change something that is working? Save the "blasting" (injecting 500mg etc.) for another cycle down the road?
MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!
And the next thing that will be said. . .

just enjoy the benefits of trt and dont look for shortcuts....work hard.

4 months is not a long time to be on TRT, most likely you're not "dialed in" yet. Give it a year minimum to ensure you're "dialed in", feeling great & your BW doesn't reveal any issues. More is not better with TRT, be patient & enjoy having a better quality of life thanks to TRT.

200 mg also is almost a cycle...most trt is not as high bro

I was going to say the same thing. I am on a pretty high dose at 130mg a week. At 130mg split into 2 x week I am dialed in at 600 total which isnt in the high range but I am slightly high on free and bioavailable. Has taken 7 months of adjustments but I feel great and doc says keep doing exactly what im doing.

Stay where you're at, don't mess with it. You'll regret it when you lose your wood, libido, and feel like crap. Getting dialed in is golden ... any change should be in small increments and monitored closely with bloodwork.

Like the previous comments I would also second the idea of holding steady and tune in your workouts and diet. Myself I am at 60 Mg x e3d and hcg 200 MWF and I am at 1100 with e2 at 25 and most of all feeling great for a 50 yo. Strength great, loss of bf ( at 8%) . No more for me cause I am dialed in good. It did take me about a year to get it together. Be patient brother and remember its a balance your looking for. Good luck my friend

If your not using an AI on 200 mg a week and your feeling good, then leave well enough alone. If you add more you will likely need an AI, and then everything gets out if whack and you end up chasing after that once good feeling. Been there done that.

I do it for joint pain bu could he add a little Deca and tis will not change his Test levels and he may e able to bump the Test just a ittle to make up for the Nor 19 effect from the Deca ?
Be clear I am not recommending this I am stating it as a question as it is plain he is seeking an ego boost would the Deca throw everything out of balance ? This is again a question and not a sugestion ? 54 on TRT a year with bad Dr. And I up'd my Test to much got it back down now and taking more Adex ! Just got BW back and will get from DR. Mon Discussing is usless he is a DA and just a source for ADEX and Cypionate @ Per his Direction 200 ml EOW I am now injecting .40 of 200 mL Test every 3.5 days and should be getting back close to under 1200 this BW resilts Last BW Test and E2 is still high but I feel pretty good just a little low on energy .
But I think that is due to a super high Protein diet and lack of Carbs Target is 75% Protein 15% fats and 10% Carbs and stay pretty close to this and not actually weighing meals just eye ball balanced portions and watch what I eat almost 98% home prepared meals and I know what I have in the house to eat Carbs are complex and fat is clean I even cut out cottage Cheese and very little Youart ? Fluids are Water 1.5 gals a day Splenda Tea and Almond Milk ; & Cocanut water (It has carbs just not complex ) As I said target Protein and have am carbs and post and pre w/o carbs . Need more carbs IMO ; but fat loose is as big of a goal and zero desire to get huge ? I am fortunate I would get huge if I ate more I am 6 ft and hit 229 this week and have not a clue what BF% is at 54 larger than the average guy on the street and plenty vascularity No stage piece but good enough to get many as in more comments than I desire due to being 100% disabled and only healthy due to TRT and all the time spent in the gym and kitchen preping chicken and brown rice and mixed veggies ! Not very creative with my diet as a matter of fact very boring and foods change for me when the garden goes away I can't afford fresh veggies and will not eat canned so when I splurge I buy froozen veggies in the winter and fall ?
