High IGF-1: What does it mean?
I was just looking over my most recent labs and saw that my IGF-1 was 325 (25-275ng/ml). These are early morning fasting labs done before I started HRT.
I know some people inject IGF-1 during cycles but is having a naturally high level of the stuff anything I should be concerned about?

No, that's great.
And having high IGF-1 levels would be akin to using low doses of HGH, not injecting IGF-1 LR3.

That's a good thing, Mine was 432 and Dr Crisler said not to waste money on any GHRP or anything like that and even a low dose or growth would not do anything. It also means you can get strong / big as hell lol, my pops still has college records for lifts 20 years later and my brother is 6'11
IGFI, LC/NS 432 (53-331 ng/mL) H
Z SCORE (MALE) 2.7 (-2.0 -+2.0 SD) H
One other thing is you will prob look younger then you are, my brother is 42 his GF was 23 and they looked about the same age, I am 37 and people think I have 22-25. This is long as you dont abuse your body with drugs / alcohol.

Test was low 317 (348-1179mg/dl). I'm just shy of 6'1" 28 years old. So IGF helps explain my high?
