Test in upper glutes for me. Always bruised in the abdominal area and love handles stung a bit. HCG I also switched from abs to love handles with no issues (HCG don't sting in love handles like test did). Once I switched, no longer had dull ache in testes and no more bruising.

I always do midsection. I don't subQ AAS though I don't think it matters what compound it is or where other than more fatty tissue metabolizes the injection better and I have more fat in my belly area than anywhere else. I get bruising if I inject to quickly or pinch too hard but otherwise not.

I inject HCG in my abdominal fat, love handles & the upper glute area. All of those have been working well for me.

Do people pinch the skin, or just go straight in? Straight in makes sense for bellyfat, what about glutes?

I pinch, stab, release pinch then inject, regardless of area used.

This video is off LowT's site and pinching isn't really recommended.

I don't pinch the skin & fat. Unless you're extremely lean, you shouldn't need to pinch using insulin syringes.

That's Crisler, not LowT and I have tried both methods and pinching works best for me. Many do it one way and many do it the other way. All comes down to personal opinion.

yes pinching for me too. I believe Crisler stabbed himself IM and that's why he bleed so much. for me belly area always gave me soreness and lumps no matter how small the does, that's why I switched to thighs. also noticed higher test levels with thighs vs. belly. here is that pic I posted in your other thread just to give everyone an idea where I inject.

I tried it this way myself and each time ended up with large bruise. When I pinch, no blood no bruise.

yea because if you don't pinch chances are you'll hit your muscle, and that's where the blood comes from, and if you bleed under the skin you'll end up with a bruise.

Great pic. Really explains it. Do you still inject your HCG in the stomach?

I didn't say it was LowT, I said I got it off their site.

Gotcha. Either way, personal preference. I didn't like and always bruised like others have mentioned.

Yes only water base injections on the belly. Oil on thighs, glutes are good too, just hard to reach!

I've been injecting Test in the love handles and no pain at all. (Test in abdomen most always gave me bruising.) I pinch, stick, release and then inject. I inject hCG in the abdomen area. Pinch, hold, stick, inject, release. No problem.

Based on what others have been experiencing, I think I'll try pinching and holding while I inject Test also.
