ache in testicles

This has been happening recently. I do use hcg. 500 every other day. Now does this mean that my testicles are actually trying to function?

That's what the box says, novarel. Is that a lot? Is that why it aches? Too much?

What is your purpose? If just routine maintenance while on TRT then a normal dosage is 250iu's two or three times per week. If that's the case I'd drop back and see if the ache dissipates. 500 is literally twice the norm and may just be hitting your boys to hard.

Can't really answer that. If BW showed an elevation in your T level after implementation of HCG then they are still working. Testicals can ache for a variety of reasons. What put you on TRT? Or did your doc just say your low, here ya go kinda thing and never really find the cause?

exactly, and i was in bad shape kel. was over 300 pounds and felt terrible every godamn day. i lost 50 pounds and back in great shape. did 3 strait miles on the treadmill the other day. however the weird testicle thing is strange. and i have had a jump in test with hcg, 800 upt to 1200 test, and exestamane brings my free t over the normal range

I'll stick with my suggestion to drop it back to 250 x 3 per week. You'll be fine there I'd bet. Really no reason to use 500 for our purposes.

In thx a lot kel. I'm going to look up my blood tests per hrt. If my lh fh are off that'll be a telltale sign of what my prob is I'm thinking
