    Anastrozole affeting Kidneys and/or Liver

    Anyone familiar with the affects of Anastrozole on the Liver & Kidneys?

    There have been a few limited cases of hepatotoxicity from anastrozole treatment in elderly women and elevated nitric oxide synthase (NOS - a marker of kidney function) in animals treated with anastrozole. What has prompted the question. Are you experiencing kidney or liver problems? If so, what leads you to believe its due to anastrozole?
