AI on trt

Since my estrogen was high at my 6 week bw my Dr wants me to start my AI which is anastrozole. He told me take 1/2 pill once a week. Will it be ok to just take it day after injection, or should I take 1/4 day after each injection? I pin on sat morning and Tuesday after noon.

Doesn't matter adex has long half-life.

Do am or pm IMO.

Agree and disagree with Gaspaco. Yes, it's half life is long but if you can get by with less adex by timing the peak you should do so. Meaning taking the smallest amount one day after injection.

Depending on how high your E was consider trying DIM and Zinc first to see if you can handle it naturally. Always worth a try to avoid the AI if possible.

kel my e at 6 week bw was 97.6 pg/ml range 7.6-42.6. On my first bw it was low. I just started taking zinc and copper last week, I should have started 6 weeks ago but I am learning more about TRT everyday. I need to get it down and do bloods in 4 weeks and if it's good from that point on I will try to just use those things you mentioned. I have to get done dim. Thks

I listen to the advice of my Doctor. He is the one I put my faith in for treatment. If you don't believe in your Doctor enough to follow his advice, that may be a problem.

I take 1/4mg (1/4 of a 1mg pill) of anastrozole exactly 24 hours after my test injection per Dr's instructions. If I inject Mon at 5pm, I take 1/4 on Tuesday at 5pm. When I inject on Fri at 5am, I take 1/4 on Sat morning at 5am.

I agree to a point, even Dr can be wrong. That's why I doublecheck it with ppl here who I have listened and learned for the last year and half. My dr told me take 1/2 pill once a week and I know it's better to spread it out a little. Dr told me to inject 100mg once a week but I know it's better for estrogen to split that into two doses. I do trust my dr to a degree, but I try to research everything since it involves my health. The guys here been on trt for a long time so in slit of things I trust their advice.

So since I'm taking an AI for now to bring my e down should I continue taking copper, zinc, and dim? Or hold off till I get my e down with the AI?

I am not sure, but I just wanted to add my testimonial from my experience.
At my initial BW before I started TRT, my e2 was at 41 not doing the sensitive e test.

My doc told me to take zinc. I did my research here and discovered to take copper, zinc and DIM. Well my 4 week panel had my e2 at 33.

So it seemed to work great. Although, I am not doing the sensitive e test, it still went down which I was happy with. If I can get away from not using an AI the better off it is IMO. Trying to stay as homeostasis as possible.

I would still take zinc and copper but avoid the dim personally if you're already on arimidex. Do 1/4 pill 24 hours after each of your injections. Re-test in 4-6 weeks

My doctor's recommendations are pretty similar to these guys, dose a day after each test shot, to match peaks hopefully.

Doctors are NEVER wrong (lmao). Dose day after, .25, EOD. Run the zinc for sure. Your doc should be checking blood work within 30-45 days again anyway to confirm E2 has dropped.

yes, my dr is in trt to so I trust him but I also know you guys here know a lot from experience so that's a good thing. I will dose like this. I will stop the dim till I get my next bw done in about 3 weeks where at the time if I am good than I will try to drop AI and control with, copper, zinc and start the dim again. If I can get away without that AI that is my goal.
