HRT Symptomatic Problems - Need advice

I have been on Testosterone treatment with my Endo doctor for over a year now. My issues have been symptomatic with water retention and blood pressure. If I take 100mg per week the water retention is better but not gone. However my doctor can only give me a 200mg satchel and it is very difficult to get it split into 2 injections. I also have issues with the following.

- Water Retention
- Testicle Pain
- Blood Pressure
- Increased Liver Function Test

I take the following daily as well right now:

- 10mg Nolvadex (Tamoxifen)
- 5 mg Cialis
- HCG
- 40mg X3 Propaninol

you dont take 100 ml per week...that would prob kill you.
