They make a 40,000 pill? Or is 20 the biggest dose?

D and Nettle will help but know what your D level is before you embark on this mission.

No real medications you can take to lower SHBG. Now if you are deficient in vitamin D sure this can help. D helps balancing act of hormones big time. Best thing you can do preventativly to protect against cancer too...VIT D. Back in Radiation Oncology I saw more cancer due to hormone imbalance. No question why we see so much cancer in our hemishpere of the world than any other. In the US We have a ton of endocrine hormone disruptors in our environment. In the words of Abraham Morgantaler the great. "Nothing we can do to free up more testosterone but to give more testosterone" In most cases I see SHBG come down with TRT patients. High SHBG although the hallmark of the aging patients is very common and higher in vegetarians. EAT YOUR MEAT. God didnt give us those canine looking incisors for nothing.

LTM what are your thoughts on Danazol then? Yes, it's short term help but it will knock down shbg and possibly if timed with the elevation of less than adequate D levels and nettle, it may be beneficial. Thoughts?

Yes Danazol will. Many anabolics will. My thoughts exactly when Abe made the comment. But I wasnt about to stand up in a lecture hall with 3,000 of the worlds formost anti-aging docs and say HEY DHT DERIVED ANABOLICS STERIODS DO. haha. The best example is winstrol This is exactly how it works. It drives down SHBG to free up T. Anavar does to slightly. But all these shut you down aswell. There are medications you can take. However, These medications have no place in TRT.

LTM, doesn't anavar and winistrol lower SHBG?

I can't agree more regarding seeing more cancer due to hormone imbalance. my wife's niece was diagnosed with a cancerous lump in the breast (stage 1) and they told her it was due to hormone imbalance. thanks to science and technology we don't have assume or guess what's causing what, like the high cholesterol theory, now we know high cholesterol is not the problem, its the diet, sugar that leads to diabetes, then makes cholesterol stick to the arteries.
