Very nice. Sound starting protocol. make sure you get labs TT/FT/E2/Hematocrit in 6 weeks and communicate with doctor about your symptoms improving or staying the same. He should titrate dose accordingly.

Most on here would recommend splitting that dose into 2 50mgs injections.
ALSO you shouldn't start with an ai until your 6 week blood work comes back.
Ideally we try to avoid them, and some don't even need them so taking one right off the bat could cause more trouble then good.
that seems like a heavy dose as well ".5mgs every few days".
HCG should be 250ius 2-3 week, 500 is not needed and might just cause estrogen issues.
10k vitamin d3 for SHBG control, micro dhea and preg are great as well.

I have a follow up in about 3 months and he will test for all that including lipids, prostate etc. I also donate blood frequently to help with RBC n blood thickening.

I was definitely going to split the dosages to help keep blood levels stable. Ill hold off an the AI and see how bloods look.

He suggested 500iu 2x a week to compensate for the degradation that occurs with HCG over time once it is reconstituted.

That sounds like a good protocol to me. That's basically the same as what my Doctor prefers his Pt's to do. I'm willing to bet that you may be able to get away without using an AI since you're splitting your low-mid range dose & you appear to not be overweight ASSuming that's you in your avatar.

Awesome ! I did a lot of research before I found a Dr I thought would best fit my needs. I forgot to mention he also wants me to take DIM 200mg twice a week. I am going to pick up some preg as well. What is the common dosage for it? Yes that is me in the avatar. Right now Im sitting at 230 around 8% bf.

    It doesn't degrade that quickly.
