Raising DHT without gels

So things are good on my protocol--but could be better. My DHT is in the lower quartile of the range. I do not have access to gels. Would low dose proviron be wise to attempt here? Anyone have experience using proviron on trt to raise DHT? Opinions or better ideas? Everything is good...except for erections.
