HCG and nipple sensitivity

My prescribed protocol is as follows:
.5ml sub q injections once a week and 250iu of HCG twice a week.

I've only had two injections of the HCG so far and three days after the last HCG injection I've got raw nipples. I have 5 weeks till my blood test. Any suggestions?

Split your test dose to twice a week. You can take DIM, Zinc and Copper to help with estrogen. Mine still get tender 10-24 hours after injections but hardly anymore. Im only 4 months into treatment.

Give your doc a call. I get the worst gyno and acne from hcg.

Its just your estrogen getting out of hand correct ? Or were you at goof test levels and the hcg put you way over the top?

Waiting for BW results is always the best action. Are you taking an AI with your protocol? If not, consider it. (Supplementation is good but they may not do the job for you.) Start LOW and titrate up if necessary. I take .25mg anastrozole every 3 days and it's working for me.

I think splitting your dose of Test is also a good suggestion. You may even want to split and do it more frequently each week. I do 30mg EOD. 250iu hCG EOD also - on the days I don't pin Test.

HCG can increase your serum estrogen but it will peak in about 24 hrs.
