Fenugreek supplementation for HRT and SHBG un-gunking?

Saw a interesting ad in a magazine today about Fenugreek, made me wonder if this would be beneficial to
us that are on TRT.

Yes I agree, I'm on TRT. But surely their are over the counter supplements that can be added to TRT to make it more effective.

I'm asking if this is something that would benefit those of us on TRT.

Doing a little more reading about this stuff, women take it to help them lactate more.
