Anyone else feel wiped out after a meal?
Since starting TRT nearly a year ago, I get dog-tired after most meals. Anyone else experienced this, and 2) find a solution to it?
Thanks.

I sure hope not. 36 years old, ultra-marathoner, <10% body fat.

That happens to me after a very high carb meal. When I eat cleaner without a lot of high GI carbs I'm better. Check your blood sugar.

This happened to me during the "dial-in" process of TRT, once E2 was stabilized it completely stopped, or was drastically minimized.

Ooo OK. That really goes hand in hand with blood sugar. Diabetes can be hereditary. So your build don't matter.

Blood sugar has been tested 3 times this year, no issues. No familial history of diabetes. I think it's likely E2-related. Low-carb meals do the same thing.
