What do you do after you are dialed in?

How often do you do blood work? Do you give blood on a regular basis no matter what? What else do you do other then what I mentioned?

Blood work a couple times a year is enough, anything more is just overkill. It won't hurt to have it done more often but it's not a necessity by any means.
Giving blood, perhaps the most embellished idea surrounding TRT. I'd say out of every 100 guys maybe 1 ends up needing to give blood. It's probably more like 1 out of 300.
A good example, I've been on TRT for 4yrs. Testosterone dose has gone anywhere from 100-200mg/wk and have never had the need.
A better example, our clients at lowtestosterone.com, since January only one has had a need to give blood, that's one out of a ton of people and even he wasn't that bad off.

    enjoy life.
Blood work every 3-6 months unless you feel symptomatic.
Only need to donate blood if labs suggest it.

Thanks all. Finally dialed in after a long journey. Now to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Glad to hear about not giving blood. Do you get the same blood work done once you are dialed in?

Donating isnt a bad habit to develop by any means though, plus it's really good for society. I received a notice from Red Cross once that stated my blood went to a nearby burn victim (young girl) a few counties over. Priceless IMO...

I know this is question doesn't have an exact answer but how long on average does is take for someone to get dialed in

I think it varies for everyone. I am only 10 weeks in and now that I lowered the ai dose, I feel pretty damn good. I know some have gone close to a year.

I think the biggest thing to remember is that if you still feel some of the symptoms, you need to speak up to someone. I felt not so good and I said so in my blood work thread. In less than 24 hours kelkel made a suggestion on my AI, I sent my Doctor an email and he changed my RX. Just because I said I still fad a little anxiety and depression.

Only you know your body, I'd recommend speaking up anything even if it seems little. The faster you can recognize it, the faster you can eliminate it.

You enjoy life and stop obsessing over every issue other guys are experiencing here. I have been dialed in for a year++. I agree that bw every 6 months is sufficient.

Took me almost 2 years to get dialed in. I didn't know shit and my doc didn't either. We learned together. I was a little to obsessed with micro managing my blood work too. Once I was instructed to not be so obsessive I realized I was where I needed to be. Things naturally fluctuate. I want to thank everyone here who helped me on this journey. Lots of very good people here with a ton of knowledge.
