    TRT 3 days in

So I started trt 3 days ago. I will say I feel, "better," however you can equate that. Not sure if it's the t or a placebo but I feel much more driven at the gym again. I actually want to be there rather than going just because I know I have to.

Libido is much better as well. I'm waking up more like I did when I was younger (without getting too graphic).

I've also been more patient with things. Again, don't know if it's a placebo effect but I'll take it.

I understand I should continue to feel even better so I'm looking forward to that.

I sorta figured it must be the placebo but I'll take it.

I felt the cream in like one day. Switching to injections took awhile to kick in. But if you are on the cream or gel i believe it.

    Just on injections.

I'll take placebo for now! Looking forward to feeling even better in a few weeks.

I've been on for one week and don't feel anything. Def looking leaner but diet is dialed in 100%. Can't wait for the next 6 week to see the change when test kicks in and diet/workouts are on point

that a terrible protocol, half life of test is 6-7 days, and the rest o f the month you'll be running on fumes, if you have any left.

every week shots MIN IMP for cyp.2 weeks is pushing it 3 or 4 is just stupid.
Tell her you know for a fact the halflife is only a week and AT THE MOST it would be effective but not optimal to take the shot every 2 weeks.
Tell her somethign along the lines of (my uncle is on hrt and his script is 75mg every week and his results in blood tests are good) she will probably be defensive because of he rego and the fact she has probably given it this way to others and need ot justify she is right and has not been messing up others also.

When I went back on trt, I felt it (wether placebo or not) in a few days myself. Then again, it was 200 mgs the first shot, but still felt it.

Still feeling good. Instead of every 6 days I'm going to push 2oomg of t ever 7 days and speak with the doc about splitting that into 2 doses when I see him in a few weeks. Also doing 250iU of HCG 2 days a week. I know it's all new so I'm sure adjustments will be made.

As I said, I do plan to ask the doc about switching to 100mg of t twice a week as so many of you have suggested.

I really appreciate all of you guys helping. Has made this much easier as it's difficult to ask questions I don't know I should ask. Also has alleviated some of the anxiety I had about starting TRT.

I've been very active for my whole life. Lifted heavy for many years until I tore my shoulders up from doing so. Did jiu jitsu for about 7 years before moving down to FL where I can't find a good place to train and I'm getting too old for that. So been back to lifting heavy for the last year and a half.

Honestly, never thought I had low t--always had a great libido (maybe too great) and have never had problem building muscle. About a year ago I noticed the libido waning a bit and my motivation for doing just about anything was waning. That's when I started thinking about TRT. Now that I've learned I have low t, I'm very glad I looked into it and glad I found this site.

    Thanks again guys/gals!

Nice post. Just remember TRT is not a race and more is not always better her. Actually less is more in this world. That will hit home with you in time. It is always easier to titrate up to see how you react and mitigate sides, rather than starting high, fighting sides and then dropping back down.

Update this thread with your progress please.

Thanks, very sage advice there and something I need to keep in mind. It's easy to get overly excited (no pun intended) with this. It's so hard to find people who will talk about trt who know what their talking about. I'm a bit of a geek so I want to learn as much as possible. I've been learning a LOT here--with a LOT more to learn.

I'll keep everyone posted on my progress for sure. If it helps someone else, it's worth it.

Its just a matter of waiting 3 more weeks to get my blood tested again, i was on the phone to lowT soon as i left the docs office.

OMG their 'her protocol when asked for injections is only 100-200mgs once a month, just the two day crash from one shot then have to wait 3 more weeks.

I was ready to start putting in some over time at work that one shot like a few years back when you couldnt get me out of work, its still pretty humorous to see full timers steal maybe 5-15 minutes from part timer could use though.
