    Another update

As many of you know, I recently started TRT and have been feeling better. Seems like it is probably a placebo from everything you all have experienced and what I've read. However, I'm not going to complain.

What isn't a placebo, however, is that I've been stronger in the gym. Obviously, more testosterone in your system helps that but I'm a little surprised I'm seeing it so quickly (<2 weeks in). I'm pleasantly surprised at this.

Just wanted to keep everyone updated on my progress. Still early in the game but all signs are pointing to yes.

    Thanks again!

What I've noticed in the strength dept is at about 4 weeks. The woods at night and in the am I felt sooner but I'm 5 weeks in now am my strength gains are really starting to kick. (It's really getting back to where I was), but none the less it has really helped my rehab.

I'm not talking about doubling what I'm lifting or anything (that would be scary) but just noticeable strength gains. Not so much as to be like, "OMG!!!!" But enough for it to be more than just a placebo.

I've got a lot to look forward to.

while it wont make you superman if your levels are low, then getting them to the top of the natural limits, one can make some legitimate gains.
Say going from a 300 to 1000 test levels. You aren't going to gain 50lbs on your bench but you might start gaining 5lbs every week or so.

Not thinking it'll make me superman or anything but it certainly will help if my test levels go up to normal (or above) levels.

Again, I'm not talking about any SUPER gains in a couple of weeks but I've not made any gains for quite some time now (I'm also 44). I did make noticeable gains.
