I went to a urologist and he said I should try the natural way of exercise first before TRT. Now I'm not that out of shape, but I'm not in great shape either. I have a belly and around 23% BF, but I'm not sure if its the Low T or not as I can't seem to shed it (and I have lost most of my muscle)
Realistically can I can't my T levels back to normal through exercise?
Also I have some MPB, and I really really don't want it to get worse. I read that TRT would increase DHT and therefore increase MPB rates. But then this urologist said the opposite that TRT might actually help my hair. Any idea on this?
