Need some weight loss help while on TRT
I know this is the wrong section of the board, but I don't think anyone reads the other sections. Anyway, I have been on TRT for almost a year. At first the weight flew off, now a year later I still need to drop about 20lbs. I have been injecting 200mg of test c weekly followed by .5mg of Arimidex the next day. For the last 2 months I have been injecting .15ml of Sermorelin daily. I weight train 5 days a week for at least an hour religiously. The problem is I am hungry all the time. A friend of mine is trying to get start on the Atkins diet, but I don't think that's a long tern fix.

I feel your pain, I can't stop eating. No desire to eat healthy even though I know I'm damaging my body.

I would not do the atkins diet for a few reasons. Google CARB NITE diet. Its exactly what You need and works wonders. its a form of a cyclical ketogenic diet , which for most People demolishes Hunger, gives more energt, and Allows You to eat those Foods You may crape once a week im abundance

I started replacing meals with Naked juice and fresh fruit today. Will I lose muscle if I diet too hard?

You gotta be careful with all that sugar. In my opinion that's way to much sugar. Bread turns into sugar and even that's too much for me. You'd be better off buying a meal replacement drink. Look for one high in protein and low on sugar. You can't drink them all the time. You can kind of cycle them. 2 one day, 1 one day, off 1 day. This works for me.
MyFitnessPal is a great free phone ap that lets you read barcodes on the packages of the food you're eating and count workout calories burned. It also helps you learn what foods have what in them.Last edited by jay adams; 11-19-2013 at 07:51 PM. Reason: bad grammer

best thing you can do is get a food scale as well so you know what you are eating, I have had one for years and it will change what you eat vs a "serving" most people eat at a restaurant.
Also I cut back on carbs and try to stay away from food that bother me such as gluten.

I'm definitely not a diet or nutrition expert, but if did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Lol. But when I have had successful weight cuts, apart from the good ideas posted here which I have, I keep a food log. Even though these APS have that I prefer my written one. Once you have all that written down its easier for you to analyze or much easier for someone else to look at and point you in the right direction.
