    What's your favorite multivitamin?

    I've been taking USANA Essentials for some time. I "think" they're a quality product, but I wanted to know what other TRT'ers preferred. Thanks everyone.

    I'm told not all multivitamins are the same. Thoughts?

    Always preferred Centrum because the brand has always been owned by US Pharma firms (currently Pfizer) and therefore subject to greater Quality Control measures. Nowadays the U.S. Vitamin Industry must manufacture their products under the same quality guidelines (GMP) which big pharma uses. Therefore, the whole industry is much better off quality-wise than it was only a few years ago...

    Multi's don't have enough of each vitamin for me so I buy them separately.

    It's a bit of a chore but worth it IMO.
