Ha, ctenosaura beat me to it. That was where I was going with it as well!
Always preferred Centrum because the brand has always been owned by US Pharma firms (currently Pfizer) and therefore subject to greater Quality Control measures. Nowadays the U.S. Vitamin Industry must manufacture their products under the same quality guidelines (GMP) which big pharma uses. Therefore, the whole industry is much better off quality-wise than it was only a few years ago...

Multi's don't have enough of each vitamin for me so I buy them separately.
It's a bit of a chore but worth it IMO.
