219 test level at 20 years old

About a year ago I ran a cycle of the pro-hormone Raptor which is superdrol. Being stupid I did not do my research so going with the advice of a bodybuilder at the gym he told me to run another cycle again 2 weeks after finishing the first one. He said I did not need a PCT and just to taper off it. Roughly 4 months after the second cycle I started having horrible hot flashes and lost all sex drive. I have all the signs of low t so I went to my gp for blood work. I came back at 219! My doctor told me at my age I should be around 800. He has prescribed me gel but I really want to try some type of restart before I go on trt for life. I know I was too young to do anything and I should have done my research but is there anything I can do to jump start myself without being on trt for life? Please help

Have your GP refer you to an Endocrologist and tell them you want to try and do a restart there. Hopefully that works or you will be on HRT for a looooong time.

Yeah it's really depressing thinking about having to be on gel or injections for the rest of my life. :/

You may not have to. Try you best to find a knowledgeable doc in your area. Even if you have to drive a hour or two. Its your health so its for a good cause

hate to be pessimistic but two cycle under 25 is just too damaging. at this point you have nothing to lose but time is you try to restart, you never know. good luck.

This. Find the right doc who has knowledge of hormones and be upfront and honest with him. Do not start gels. Odds are you can be restarted, IMHO. What state do you live in? We may be able to point you in the right direction of a doctor.

How about looking up Dr. John Crisler in Michigan? One of the best in the business and worth the drive. It's your health. Dr. Eugene Shippen in Pennsylvania is another.
