'Natural' Test boost vs HRT
Can someone tell me why people with lower T levels are not trying to boost their test above baseline with anastrozole, nolvadex and clomid only?
Me, for example, have 41 (since yesterday), and have only one testicle, and I was considering about going on a cycle. I was reading a lot, about everything, on this board, and this question just pops. Why not only nolvadex and clomid, without any Test, and without any Ai, Serms, PCT? This questions also refers on to HRT or LTT (for people with lower T levels). Of course, this question is not for persons who wants mass gains, only for those who want to feel better.
Can I used it for extended period of time? For how long is it safe? Is there any sides?
Thanks.

Most do or at least should always make the effort to improve their natural production first and foremost before embarking on TRT. We almost always encourage that here, but each situation is different. When it comes to how this is done it's subjective and normally in their doctors hands. Unfortunately, too many doc's don't really know hormones so treatment can often times not be up to "our" standards. It's why LowTestosterone.com - $199 All-Included Testosterone Treatment was developed actually. It eliminates the struggle people go through with inadequate treatment.
To further the discussion, many people that have low T also have low E (E follows T) so adex is not always a good choice. Nolva and clomid may be a good start depending on BW and many, many other factors that have to be analyzed competently. Long term though nothing compares to the subjective benefits of TRT properly applied.

I tried HCG mono therapy for several months. Clomid might have been an option, but it wasn't discussed. Unfortunately, HCG did not boost natural production of testosterone during this period. It did, however, have other benefits. I have no long term concerns with such a low dosage of HCG.

Of course it's not natural to take any of drugs mentioned above. I didn't have other term in that second, so that's why I used quotation marks (as I'm not native English spiker).
Natural would be with proper dieting and weight lifting, getting enough sleep and using some natural herbs, vitamins and some over the counter supplements named as natural test booster, right? But that stuff can not compete at all with the stuff that people are talking about on this board.
But, thanks for noticing.
I just wanted to know is there any benefits in that idea and is there anybody with some experience in trying to boost their T levels on that way.

I don't know. I could see some people thinking that being natural. All that natural stuff is hogwash. If your balls or pituitary gland don't pump any out its game over.
