Aromasin and tender joints?

Ive been taking 6.25mg of aromasin a day. I have prostatitis and aromasin really kills the pain and urgency. I feel great, making gains, good libido, debloats me, etc. The only problem is tender knees and shoulders. Any advice would be appreciated. THANKS

The prostate flares up at night. I tried to skip the aromasin last night but the prostate pain was too much and i took 6.25mg. I havent had my blood tested lately
