My bloodwork is in, definitely low Testoserone...

Well after dealing with it for 4 or 5 years and not doing anything about it, I finally went to the doc and asked him to order some bloodwork and mentioned my concerns. I got him to order as many things as I possibly could, some I asked for he said they would probably not perform for me but here is all what I have.

What question do you have?

My appologies, I must have cut off the bottom of my post before sending.

Are there any more tests via bloodwork that should be looked at to help determin the cause of the low test results. I am being reffered to a urologist and am really eager to have answers and proceed with possible solutions. Also, what options do I have to restore my levels back to normal.
