hell yea, but proper diet is the key here!
Awesome Bro! I am asking this because prior to TRT i was doing cardio, crossfit, and almost on point diet.... Yet had no results in shrinking fat cells. I am assuming due to low Testosterone being produced from my body. Sounds good! And yeah diet being number one playing factor! By the way its been a week since starting TRT and have been feeling better. Hope to have good response soon, that way my wife is happy! Sent from my iPad using ForumQuote:

make sure you keep your e2 in check, too high you'll get fat, bloated and could end up with gyno... E2 is he hardest hormone to dial in, so do lots of BW and have patience until you pin it down.
Can I PM you bro?Quote:

My workout hasn't changed much in intensity but I have added more cardio and diet is closer to being in check. Far from perfect but progressing in the right direction.
Going into month 5.
Nice one Bro!!Quote:

No, you will be let down if you are expecting things to happen that quick. 4-6 weeks will mostly start feeling mental change. 10-12 weeks I really started noticing changes in my physique. If you diet and exercise with intensity and consistancy you will notice changes right away but it will be the diet and exercise....not the TRT.
These results were just my exp. Nothing written in stone. Some feel effects much sooner, maybe it's placebo or maybe it is real. Really doesn't matter as long as you feel better.
I started TRT 2 months ago...lifted for the past 2 years, diet always in check...could never really drop below 14/15 % BF no matter what I tried! In the last 2 months...all my lifts have gone up pretty fast compared to the last year...still eating at maintenance, but haven't noticed much change in body fat yet. Still early for me as I'm def still dialing in but, I'm starting to feel pretty good! I'm hoping by the 3 to 4 month mark I will start leaning out a bit! That would be a great bonus!
I've actually gained weight! Gained 5 Pds, but have lost inches and composition is a bit better.
But diet is king here. I have not even attempted dialing it in yet nor do I do cardio. That will be done after the holidays...
Oh yeah...although I'm still eating at maintenance (have kept a very controlled diet the last year or so), in the last 2 months since starting TRT I've gained 10 pounds...none has been fat, as I'm still about 15% & waist is the same. Maybe water I suppose, but as of 6 week blood work my E2 was in a good spot, could actually be brought up a bit. So who knows, but I'm not complaining as I do seem to look better. I don't think I'm going look at the scale much until everything settles in for the next 2-3 months, just keep a good diet ;)!
Thanks all for your input! For sure Diet and conistancy in training is the most important factor. TRT will just help the cause! For a fact its better than feeling down. All posts are Very informative! Any other testimonials are welcome Sent from my iPad using Forum
Ditto on what everyone else has said. I am only 5 months in and I have noticed a difference. Muscle mass is way up -- more energy and focus for weight workouts. And fat loss is starting to pick up -- more energy and drive for amped up cardio. For me, diet is also key. I have a tendency to under-eat and my body seems to hold onto fat if I'm not eating enough to support the muscle repair and growth.
Good luck! First month is mostly mental, but sets the stage for what will eventually be a nice noticeable physical change.
I'm on for a little over a month. I've noticed I've been much hungrier than usual. I've also been much stronger at the gym. Haven't measured but seems like I'm starting to get bigger. I've got a little bloating going on right now (also some sore joints), I think that's from estrogen. Just had bw done and waiting for the results.
So I can't say I've cut anything...at least not yet.
Have you noticed increased libido or better sex drive?Quote:

Not sure how it works but I definitely noticed an increase in appetite after I started TRT.
I believe the testosterone causes it somehow.
One of the big pluses is healing. My schedule is 8:00am weights, 9:30am kickboxing and after dinner a three mile run. I'm healing fine and looking better than I have in 15 years. My biggest concern is getting injured from training so aggressively. Just try to take it easy on your joints.
I'm six months in. Body fat down from 30% to 17%. I eat low fat cottage cheese and egg whites for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and whatever I want for dinner. Three protein shakes in between. Lovin life brother:)
Good for You Bro!Quote:

Just keep your diet in check due to the amount of sports activity you manage...
Just my two cents, other than that Keep at it Bro!

If you were already a beast in the gym I could see you accelerating for sure. I didn't do anything really different except I was able to get into cardio ALOT more. I was running miles. When I was low the drive and endurance was gone. I got physically sick thinking of excercising
Thats sounds like plan!! Thank GOD he created Testosterone!Quote:

Unfortunately, the myth is you can do this. The reality, however, is, if you take in 1200 extra calories, you're talking quite a bit of cardio to burn it off. I honestly, just don't have the time to do that much cardio. I have to try and just not take in the extra calories or (at least) try and take in better calories. Just hard to do at the moment because I've been more hungry since starting TRT.
Hunger sucks. I drink over a gallon a day of water and sometimes drinking a couple cups of coffee helps while you are on a calorie deficit. Keeping busy is the best thing. During holidays (my family) everyone gets together and sits on their fat asses talking and eating. Not good for someone looking to get healthy. This year for Thanksgiving I grabbed the nephews and we went out and threw a football around instead.
Yes, this is the worst time of year for my eating habits.
yes...
the way i look at it if youre on 100mg test for trt then you are evening the playing field as other healthy dudes (not on test)
good luck with it
what are your goals of the cut

I tried leaning out with diet, but nothing ever helped, neither diet etc....
I am asuming it was due to low Test.
So , i am looking forward on this TRT protocol
Lemme know
