    testing DHEA while supplementing.

Im about to get bloodwork done. I already know my DHEA is tanked from previous bloods. Should I supplement when I test again to see where its putting me at? Same thing for Vit D.

Wondering if I might need more DHEA or V-D than what Im taking. Thanks.

Why would you not take them if needed? If you're on a current protocol including both then yes, continue taking them and test to see where you are at. How else can you ever know! Need to dial in on these as well so adjustments may be needed.

Cool. Is there an optimal time. Say, early in the morning before I test or the night before, etc.

Assuming you've been on these supplements for a while test in the morning before you take your supps. If you have not been on a while then it will take time to build up levels, especially with D as it's fat soluble.

sounds good. I do appreciate Kel. Yes, I've been on them for months. Only thing that sucks is I got three bottles of DHEA for free but it's not micronized. I'm thinking about tossing this stuff and just getting with the real deal.

I haven't tested progesterone yet. Will the DHEA affect that? Im not too knowledgeable about the back filling process.

When you run out, go with micro then you'll know the difference when you test again. Always monitor your DHEA and D3. Progesterone is above DHEA in our chol pathways. They all work together. A great example of this is pregnenolone, as it has the ability to transform into whatever it sees the body needs downstream in our pathways. Pretty cool.

Doesn't hurt to test progesterone. Don't bother with preg.
