Been doing a lot of reading on AI's and have a question. If a low E2 causes libido and ed problems, would it also effect the gym workouts as well? Or is this simply a "sex" issue?

Low E2 levels will cause a host of issues including sore and aching joints and loss of energy which will definitely affect workouts.Originally Posted by Beethoven

Thanks. It truly is a double edged sword. My E2 is high partially due to my weight and age most likely. Pretty strong and have some size but low t and low motivation has had my nutrition in the tank.
