    High E

Estrogen levels are above range (high 70 mines 86) my new urologist has been decent about treating me and not just my numbers. What am I asking him for in order to bring my E levels down? ?

Assuming your test levels are in ideal range and you are injecting at least once per week (ideally twice weekly), you will need a script for arimidex.

Never seen anybody that high on the labcorp sensitive 3 - 70 range, that's crazy, figure out why your converting so much test to estradiol. Maybe your test dose is too high or your over weight. But you need to get that under control. Post your full blood work results so we can see what is going on.

Ok ill post as soon as I get it in the mail... Ill have to admit I've been slacking greatly in the gym and and getting fairly squishy in the middle :-( my initial TRT protocol was 200mg once a month, then 200mg every other week. And with the advice of the fine folks here, I've been doing .25 ml every Tuesday night and Saturday morning. I switched doctors as my GP wasn't very smart about TRT. My new urologist is going to let me add HCG into the mix (my boys have shrunken something fierce) but my E Levels have me a bit concerned... Are there any OTC AIs just in case he won't do anything in that department? I've only been on TRT since April and the advice here has been priceless... So thanks in advance and thanks again for all the input

Agree with this. Great assessment xc! Op, look into DIM, Zinc and Copper to help with your E2 but as stated, you need an AI. Your level is way high but that does not mean to overdo the AI amount. I'd still suggest the minimum of .25mg one day after each injection and retest in one month. Adding HCG can also impact both test and E levels. In other words, go slow.

I was going to say that.....

Our board sponsor carries AI's..... if your doc wont get you any. Although I see no reason why they wouldn't be able to.
