Got shot number 4 today. While I was at the doctors, I talked to him about not losing any weight. He thinks I might be retaining water?
My ankles don't feel bloated or anything... Is it possible to have water retention and not have swollen ankles or other obvious spots?
If so, is Aromasin the answer?
Losing weight takes time, be patient.
Have you checked progesterone levels? Are you taking Pregnenolone? If your diet is in check, you workout hard and sleep and still retain water then you could supplement a little progesterone. It does great things for me in regards to water retention and sleep quality.
diet is pretty good, work out 5 days a week and sleep 9+ hours per night...
