Those of you doing multiple injections a week

Are you doing IM or subq injections? If you're doing IM injections, are you worried about scar tissue from all the injections? (Or is that mostly a myth?) Do the quicker injections of smaller amounts of oil actually reduce the amount of scarring?

I'm somewhat skeptical of subq testosterone injections (and so is my doctor), so I wouldn't do multiple injections a week if it's only viable with subq.

I'm only mildly worried about scar tissue. There have been a lot of people doing a lot of injections for a lot longer than I have. That said, I'm going to try to swap my TRT injections over to 25G with a 1CC syringe vs the 22G I've been doing. I'll save the 22's for cycles.

I made the same change a while ago and am very glad I did. I'm actually looking at 27 gauge IM needles now (BD makes a 1.25'' 27G). I'd feel much more comfortable with multiple IM injections a week using a 27G.

I tried 27G once, difficult to inject due to oil thickness

Doing sub Q injections every other day with a 29ga insulin needle. It is very easy, of course no scar tissue, and it WORKS.

Sub-Q every 3.5 days with a 26ga syringe. Wouldn't have it any other way!

Yes. I inject 50mg twice weekly in the upper glutes via sub-Q with a 26g syringe and my test levels are always in the upper 900's.

IM 4 times a week - EOD plus one day so my injection days are always the same. 31g 1/2in insulin needle.

2x/week is not often enough for me- I have noticeable highs and lows.

Curious if you tried twice per week T and timing your hcg the day before each injection?

I tried 2x/week for a year, could not make it work. I tried HCG a few times but it spikes my E2 so I stopped.

    Every 3-4 days...IM (quads) with 25-guage.
Tried 26 and 27 guage but frequently feel sore after. Maybe the oil pressure coming out of the smaller guage needle damages tissue.
Have tried subq, but I don't care for the lumps.

I've been doing IM twice per week but when I finish my current cycle I'm going to try doing Sub Q again. The problem I had with Sub Q was I was using a Slin Pin and it took almost 10 minutes to fill. I now have smaller gauge tips so I can fill the syringe with a larger gauge and pin with the smaller one.

Smaller doses of hcg should not cause much of a noticeable spike.

When I tried SQ it would take about a minute to load a 31ga pin. Just pulled the plunger all the way back and stood there. It would fill itself.

Sub q in the upper glutes? Is that like a regular IM only with a smaller needle?

I started TRT going to a local clinic. One IM shot per week in the glute.
Then I went with an online clinic. I started SQ shots every 3.5 days. Felt better with that protocol.
Now I'm currently back with IM shots, but three times per week in the quad 25 guage 1.5 inch length.
