    Question TRT Lifer

My question is a simple one.

I have been on Test Cyp since July. I will be on it for the rest of my life , according to the doc. I've read various threads and many talk about cycles, gaining weight while on Cypionate and then getting that cut look during their PCT.

Where does a lifer get that look if they must be on it at all times?

That'll come from primarily Nutrition...having balanced Hormones will aid in achieving your goals.

Yep. Both of the above. Having the hormone levels of a much younger man is a distinct advantage. Nailing down your nutrition and training is the key, and unfortunately where most people fail.

Yes, I agree. I should have included that as part of my comment.

I was thinking outside of that. Some of you change your diet while on test then to PCT. if one is not cycling however, that change is more difficult.

    Thank you for your responses.

If you mean eat less on pct that's a person's first mistake. You have to feed new tissue to maintain it. When people go off cycle on pct they can tend to ease up their training and nutrition, lose motivation, etc., which is the main reason guys lose lean body mass. The advantage of TRT is that you never need pct.

You'd look cut/normal anytime you aren't blasting (i.e. just running your normal HRT dose).
You should only look bloated on test if you're running cycle doses (and not using an AI).

Re read his post. He didn't say he needed, wanted or used PCT.
