Estrogen Flare Up -- Recommended DIM Dosage?

I'm still having difficulty controlling my E2 levels. I recently started having a puffy left nipple and sensitivity in both. Once I take my Exemestane (Aromasin), within hours I start to feel better. I ordered some DIM to take along with my zinc, but wondered what you guys would recommend for DIM dosage? Gracias.

100 mg Test cyp every 5 days
25 mg aromasin (2x/week) (I think I need more, personally)
50 mg zinc daily

??? DIM daily

I'm taking 100mg a day at this time and haven't needed an AI since December 16th. This is new for me and I am extremely happy about it. With it, I take 4mg copper and 50mg zinc - all daily. I'm also curious about what amounts others take...

I used to take .25mg anastrozole E3D along with all these and I almost crashed my E2. I'm lucky my BW caught it in time. Stopped the AI, immediately.

My T Cyp dosing is almost the same as yours - 30mg EOD and I take hCG 3 times a week - 250iu.

So far, so good.

I don't know what is estrogen flare up is, but assuming spike?! if you have AI I'd simply adjust it based on blood work, DIM and Zinc can't do much if you are aggressive converter. personally I'd do BW to see where I am at before making any adjustments. E2 symptoms can be deceiving, high and low have many similar symptoms.

You could also try boron. A good liver sup should help you clear a little faster. You could also try smaller, more frequent injections. If you're really high, more AI is probably the only sensible route though.

Right, but after a year I know the difference (high E2 vs low). The nipple sensitivity and fatigue go away very quickly after taking the AI. Then another day or two and symptoms return until I take it again. I forgot to mention that I'm taking 100 IU HCG daily.

well that may be your problem as hCG can rise your E2 quickly. its best to do it 3 times a week at 100-150 iu. to be honest ever since I switched to 3 times a week I experienced atrophy, so now I am back to twice a week one day prior to test shot and it seems to be more effective.

Why not split your dosage in half? If your body is having trouble with 100mg spiking your E then 50mg will spike it less. Makes sense to try.

It will help. Just go every 3 or 4 days. Doesn't have to be exact.
