new doc and new protocall
Ok I got a new doc who set me up with a 2x per week subq protocol. So far I really like it. The problem I have is my balls ache all the time. I don't get this as I have been on Test c for the past year IM every two weeks.
Should I be taking HCG with this protocol if I don't plan on coming off unless my t production comes back on its own one day.
Here are my numbers for this BW. I was a week over due an injection because of traveling and christmas (I forgot my T before vac)
trig 88 range 0-150
chol 187 range 0-200
hdl 68 range 35-55
vldl 18 range 5-40
ldl-c 101 range 65-198
Test 80.5 l range 280-800
psa.4 range 0-4
estradiol ≤5.1 range7.6-42.6
as expected everything was low due to being a week past a needed injection.
Supplements I am currently taking as well are the Austinight's fat loss stack and can say I sweat buckets and like it. I am also taking fish oil CLA and raspberry ketones as that is what I happened to have and wanted to finish them.
I still am getting really exhausted in the 2-4pm range to the point that I can barley keep my eyes open. Lunch is usually around 1-1:30 and is post workout. Usually its 2 scoops whey and a cup rice and 8oz steak or chicken. Why am I getting so tired? My training split is 5 per week upper/lower/push/pull/legs.
thanks

HCG will solve your ball ache issues. As for being tired, once your protocol is in check you should be good.
What were your E2 levels? 5.1? Even being a week over due for test, your levels seems extremely low... You need blood work after a good 6-8 weeks on protocol with no missed injections, dose changes, etc. As of now, you are shooting in the dark.

Like Dave said, HCG may very well help. The only time it won't help is if the man is primary. If you are producing an abundant amount of LH yet have low testosterone , it's highly unlikely HCG will help much.
Low estradiol on TRT is almost always associated with taking more AI than you need. People tend to misuse AI's out of fear far more often than not. Now if no AI has been present, generally the individual is taking something that is lowering his estradiol but is unaware that he's taking something or doing something that could cause this effect. If none of that applies, and rarely will none of that apply, increasing testosterone dose will raise estradiol in most cases. There's always some aromatization when you're introducing testosterone to the body. How much aromatization is dependent on the dose of testosterone and genetics.

So at my next appointment I am going to ask the doc to check LH and see if I am a candidate for HCG . If I am going to stay on TRT for life and my balls stop aching is there any benefit to HCG outside of ball shrinkage?
I have never taken an AI so I know that is not the problem. Supplements I take on regularly:
-Gold standard whey
-some type of pre-workout (going to take a few weeks off of it though starting today)
- CLA
-Fish Oil
-200mg raspberry keytones
- 20mg synaphrine
-Chromium P
-EGCG
-Multi vitman
-Scivation xtend
-glycofuse (sometimes)
I just want the exhaustion to end. Hopefully we can work there. I guess if it's still a problem in March I will ask to have the GH levels checked but I probably couldn't afford growth hormone if that is low.

If you're already on testosterone your LH is going to be zero or the reading will be >0.2. That's something you'd want to measure prior to using testosterone.

So I have been on Test C for just over a year now so my LH is probably going to be pretty much 0. My question is, is there a benefit to taking HCG is I don't plan on coming off TRT? If so what are they?
Thanks
