arimidex or aromasin . Most use arimidex as it's cheaper and more readily avaiable.
Either that or lowering weekly testosterone dosage, lowering body fat might help as well and cleaning up diet. But not if you're twice the range even though that isn't a sensitive panel.

Ralox is a serm it won't lower serum e2 levels only prevent it from binding to its receptors.

Exemestane is superior to arimidex in every way IMO but what did your dr say about your e2 levels?

He acknowledged they are way too high but wants to wait 90 days and retest. He changed my dosing from 150mg every week to 1cc (200mg / ml) every 10 days.

The higher your dose, the more you will convert. Pure stupidity on your Dr part.

You can try injecting twice per week vs once per week or every 10 days, but your E2 will still most likely be too high and require an AI such as arimidex .

If you don't self inject and/ or unable to convince your Dr to let you inject more often or at least prescribe an AI, I would start hunting for a new Dr.

1st and foremost as mentioned, split your in 1/2 and 2x a week or 10 days as mentioned. Less at one time is better.

I also have had better luck with Exemestane than adex.
