Taking HCG and Keeping your Estrogen in Check

    Hey everyone,

I'm currently taking 100 IU of HCG daily along with my test cyp and Aromasin. I'm wondering if I'm taking too much HCG as I've continually been running high E2 in my bloodwork.

I wonder if just injecting HCG twice a week, and taking my AI afterwards would be better than splitting the dose out with a daily injection? I like the testicular benefits of HCG, but I can absolutely tell that the Aromasin is having a hard time controlling the rise in estrogen. Thanks.

100iu of hCG daily - 700iu/week - doesn't seem to be an excessive dose. I've read of others doing the same thing. You might want to try lowering that but stick to it for 4-6 weeks and see how you feel and what BW says.

OR you may want to increase the frequency of your Test Cyp injections - keeping to the same dose amount. For example, 50mg every 3.5days.

Have you considered SubQ? Both have been reported to contribute to a more steady state release and more stable levels in the body - lessening aromatization, high E2 levels and the need for an AI.

Presently, my protocol is 250iu hCG 3x week, 32mg Test Cyp, EOD. It seems to work for me. I haven't needed an AI in a month. I think I've found a good place.

Whatever you do, it has been suggested by many to only change one factor at a time to see if that is the one influencing the situation. I agree with this and think it's good advice.

Thanks, 2Sox. I'm going to cut back on HCG and do the split test cyp dose like kel suggested. I always do sub-q injections.
