Glad you feel better Bart.
Thoughts:
1. Start taking NAC for liver support. Maybe 1200 per day.
2 I assume you mean 350 iu's twice per week with HCG ?
3. Yes, makes sense to exclude the last HCG shot. It mitigates the bump it gives your test and shows a more accurate level. Smart doc.
4. Great IGF-1 level.
5. Test level probably a bit high for 6 days after your shot AND without hcg. Consider lowering it for long term.
6. Not a sensitive E2 assay. Next time try to get that. I can provide Labcorp Codes if you need them.
7. Add a bit more Vit D which will help with your shbg. Always monitor it as it's fat soluble. Take with meals.
Expanding on test levels. If your over 1K 6 days later no doubt you're probably 1500 or thereabouts a couple days after your injection. Long term it's usually not healthy for your RBC's. It would be nice to lower it a bit, get the proper E2 test next and work toward lessening your AI dose.
Overall, nice going.

thanks, kelkel!
i'm on nac @ 600/day and will increase (and check bw in 8 weeks).
yes, 350 iu's, not 35 iu's.
what would be a good next TEST move, 50 mg test cyp 2x/week + 350 iu's hcg 2x/week + 0.25 mg anastrozole 2x/week?
my bw is done at labcorp, i would appreciate knowing proper code for sensitive estradiol.
i'm on 5000 mg/day D3 now and will up to 7000 mg/day
thanks!

Everything looks good. Maybe bump .5mg arimidex one more day during the week.
Everything else looks good. Keep it up!
