cycle history: 20 years old (stupid I no) test 200mg- 1x1ml dianabol 30mg day.
20-21 y.o: test cyp 200mg-2xweek deca 300: 1ml week.
Stopped for 3 years and researched and dieted.
24-25 y.o test 250mg 2xweek blood work 3 months after cycle.
I have the symptoms of low energy, motivation. wellbeing is low. no sex sides tho. Should I do a clomid pct to try restart my system. Don't want to jump straight on trt.

Yeah it's low no doubt! Free test? You might need more time to recover after your last cycle...I'm thinking the vets will suggest to restart before anything.

I did ask for free test, but doctor had no idea. So that's all I got. Hopefully I can get a restart plan. Don't want trt just yet

Exactly...think that's where I'd start if I were in your shoes. Should see what Free T is regardless. TRT will change things, but it's the last resort as you seem to already know that! Good luck & hopefully you get some guidance to a solid PCT!

More detail on your last cycle please.
1. How long was it?
2. HCG during cycle?
3. Exactly what was your pct?

Was a 12 week cycle. Test only. Did not use hcg. Pct was poor. Nova only for 4 weeks 20mg a day.

I'd do a proper pct and retest 8 weeks after complete.

How would you do it? Nova 40 20 20 20. Clomid 50 25 25 25? Or?

Clomid @ 75/50/50/50. Nolva @ 40/20/20/20
Always run HCG during cycle's in the future.
