Benefits to Site of Injection?
A couple of months ago, I switched from injecting test cyp in glutes to delts -- because a trainer at the gym convinced me that the muscle group that I'm injecting into will see a higher benefit. Overall, my shoulders are probably my best (natural) muscle group, so I don't know if there is any truth to his point or if it is all based on bro-science.
I'm curious if anyone has seen any truth to this or if it's all myth. Should I be rotating to other muscle groups to get that (possible) benefit? Or to prevent any scar tissue from using the same muscles?
