AI Dosage recommendation based on these increases

So long story short my endo was his way or the highway, 200mg once a week and no AI. I said ok but tlsked him into taking labs after 6 weeks. Ok so I started off at 100mg a week taking a 50mg shot Mondays and Thursday. My bloods came back total T 568 and E2 38. He said everything is fine and didn't prescribe an AI. I upped it to 120mg a week taking 60mg twice a week and I just had a yearly physical from my GP and my bloods came back total T 683 and E2 51. I am now upping my dose to 160mg a week taking 80mg twice a week, going by those increases any reccomendations for a starting point with ADEX OR EXEMESTANE. I made an apt with my endo to show him my recent bloodwork and tell him my symptoms of itchy/tender nipples . Deepening what he prescribes any reccomendations? My initial thought is ADEX .25 mg with bi weekly injection, or aromasin 12.5mg Mon/wed/fri/sat. EOD would be a hassle so figured that would work

I have learned a lot from this website and a big thing preached is less is often more. You may be achieving great free test levels with a total T at 683, do you know what your free test was? Your best case scenario is to find a good T level without having to use the arimidex .
Now the E-2 levels you currently have are to high. So I would start with .25 arimidex twice a week, the day after you inject. Get blood work again after a few months and continue to dial it in. There are people with a lot more knowledge on here than me, so I'm interested to hear more input.

Definitely need to know what your Free Test levels are -
    Free Test is what matters...............
Depending on that number, you may not need to increase your dose And you may even be able to reduce what you're currently injecting.

Solid advice from both. Use caution with your AI dosage. It's surprisingly easy to crash your E.
