the forbidden question -- what online pharmacies do you KNOW are legit?

Long-story-short, I live in bumphuck USA, the doctors are stuck in 1950 and don't have a clue.

I want to try clomid, nolvadex , and/or hCG , or some combo therein, before even thinking of applying exogenous T in any form. Dr just wants to give a cream or roll-on, and forget about it. His response about Clomid and hCG was the stereotypical, outdated horror story crap you read on forums like this.

So basically, I'll have to pay out of pocket and 'self-medicate.'
    So that means buying online.
And that means finding a legit online pharmacy outside the US (since no prescription).

Anyone recommend any online pharmacies for clomid or nolvadex that they know are legit? (and why is this question so damned frowned upon?)

ps. I see this site is tied in w/ an online source to buy stuff... but I want pills if possible, not injections; the linked/sponsored site looks to be all injectible stuff?

If you're talking about with a prescription, empower is a site sponsor and legit.

Without a script, you can't ask.

Why is that? If it's not illegal... then why can't one ask this on forums?

I didn't realize that was illegal. My libertarian side is perked up! We should be able to order WTH we want, if only we are using it.

    Excellent, thnx for that info!

I've tried to do massive research over the last 2 months, after discovering I was low. (239/6.2)
I've more than doubled my T levels since then (2 months later) via increasing fat intake (eggs, liver, fish, avocados), brazil nuts, lifting heavy, etc. Added DHEA and Erase 3 weeks before the 2nd test.
But all together, it's still not enough.

    Thnx again.

Why don't you post up some recent blood work with ranges. Maybe we can help you.

    Thnx for that offer...

Thing is, checking T for the first test was "accidental" and out of personal curiosity (wasn't medically ordered; went through "True Health Labs" out of pocket). I was drinking and eating a lot of garbage over the holidays (probably pushed T down somewhat; I also used Propecia back in the day)

So only Free T and Total T were tested the 2 times, "Before and After."

Todays' appointment w/ the doctor, I talked him into letting me get tested:
    Free T,
    Total T,
    LH and
    LSH.
    (and also TSH)

Getting him to agree w/ that was like pulling teeth. My new insurance (forced to get it due to Obamacare fines) should cover the tests, but it hasn't kicked in yet, so I haven't gotten the new bloodwork done yet.

If LH and/or FSH are low, gonna do the Clomid, Nolvadex , and/or hCG route. It will probably all be out-of-pocket, since the outdated doctors won't order it.
A month later I'll test Free T and Total T again... not sure about Estradiol, since True Health Labs' test doesn't appear to be the "sensitive" type E2 test.

That's my rough gameplan as of now.

If my LH and FSH are not low... ugh. Not sure what I'll do. Don't wanna do testosterone , in any form. (though ironically, my insurance will cover that, and my old-school doctor would agree to that no problem -- wanted to give me the roll-on today)

Ok, so I went and got re-tested again. But this time, I stopped most of the 'tricks' I used previously to get my T up into the high 500's.

    Anyhow, here were the results:

    LH - 5.4 (1.5 to 9.3)
    FSH - 7.3 (1.6 to 8.0)

    Test - 421 (250 to 1100)

    TSH - 2.769 (0.358 to 3.74)

Ok, not sure what I can and cannot say here... but anyhow, I had already ordered some of that Liquid Clomi from ar-r (hasn't arrived yet; TBH slow processing and delivery thus far). But now, according to these results, since my LH and FSH are plenty high... not sure if the Clomi will even help? Related question: what would be the closest thing on ar-r to a 'natural' bio-identical Test? Do they have their version of Test cypionate ?

I don't want to do any exogenous T, but looks like I may have to. Ugh. Would prefer to do the method of using an insulin needle(?) and injecting small amounts multiple times a week into the stomach fat, to get a slow time release and minimize aromatization.

    thoughts?

Ar-r doesn't sell controlled substances. Just find a doctor who will prescribe injections if that's what you need.

Your LH and FSH are fine so there's no pituitary issues so no need for SERMS at all.
Total T is a bit low. No free T listed unfortunately as that's what matters?
I'd look further into your Thyroid as that level is relatively high. A more modern scale is .3 - 3.0 so this may be your problem. Hypothyroid causes hypogonadism. TSH alone is not a good thyroid marker. Check cortisol and prolactin as well as they impact testosterone levels .

    Thnx for the feedback guys.

I was actually hoping it was LH/FSH, so that the Clomid/hCG /Nolvadex -type approach might help.

I was on accutane as a teenager, then propecia for nearly a decade or longer. So who knows WTH has me screwed up.

Will see about somehow going to a 'real' up to date doctor, and getting other stuff tested. Will probably have to drive 2-3 hrs just to find one.

Noob question, about units, measurements, dosages, etc.

    If a bottle is labeled "Substance X 50mL 25mg/mL"

That means that the bottle has a total of 50mL of Substance X, correct?
And that each mL from that bottle, contains 25mg of Substance X?

So if one were to withdraw .5mg, they would have ~ 12.5mg of Substance X?

    .5ml would equal 12.5mg

The bottle has 50 ml of liquid at 25mg of substance in each ml. That would be 50 doses of 25mg if you were to only take 1ml at a time.

If your main problems are the Docs in your area, have you tried contacting lowt.com? For out of pocket they are reasonable.

Is that the site advertised at $199/month? I looked at it, the closest location would be Philly, in PA. But Dr Eugene Shippen is also in PA, probably closer to me... so I may see what an office visit to him would cost.

I guess my next step is to go to an endocrinologist and get my thyroid checked. If it's not messed up, looks like it's gonna have to be exogenous testosterone . (would prefer 2X weekly injections in stomach fat; not gonna mess w/ gels, hearing how inferior they apparently are)

If you're going to see an Endo for the thyroid, you may want to take your labs to him or have him check your hormones. Your other options sound good. If you can make it to Dr Shippen, that would work out fine. Once you get your scripts, you can shop for pricing. A lot of guys can help you with that on here.
