    TRT and Sterility

I haven't had much luck in finding up to date information on this topic. I am hoping others can chime in. I know that TRT can shut down the production from the boys. I am currently on 1ML weekly of T. I have had some good shrinkage, but they have never hurt or become incredibly small. The size also varies from hour to hour. The wife and I are looking at having another kid in the next year and I am wondering if my program will effect me. I know clomid and HCG can help, but I am wondering if I am doomed. Thanks.

You're not "doomed" but your body will need some help if you want to conceive. Guys on hCG have reported good results in that department. I understand that Clomid helps too.

^^This. You should be on min 250 ius twice per week to maintain functioning testes. You're limiting your options by not being on HCG . I personally know two men on TRT (with HCG) who have had children and there's been numerous examples posted on this forum too...
